Our Shared Service Center is responsible for the financial administration of all our parks and offices in various countries, as well as for the financial services provided to our franchise clients and homeowners. With 120 FTE, spread over three offices in the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark, the SSCF plays a crucial role in supporting the financial activities and ensuring compliance within our organization.

This is what you’re going to do

Due to the recent acquisition of Landal GreenParks by Roompot, we have a Shared Services Center in Zwolle and several financial departments are located in Goes. For the integration into one SSC, we are looking for a Head of Shared Service Center Finance who has the ability to lead this integration. You guarantee the proper functioning of our administrative processes, financial stability and compliance with relevant regulations and agreements (both private owners and parks). After consolidation, we will focus on improving automation, robotization and AI technologies.

• Managing 4 teams: these teams are responsible for park administration for our own parks, overseeing park administration services for external clients, including preparing annual reports and budgets to ensure compliance and handling financial settlements with private owners and parks;
• Developing and implementing the financial strategy of the SSCF;
• Implementing the centralization and integration of all functional teams;
• Defining and approving SLAs and KPIs for functions and franchise parks;
• Monitor the implementation of these agreements and KPIs.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills and a keen understanding of the interactions of our administrative activities. As a people manager you are familiar with complex and crucial responsibilities. You have the ability to lead and inspire teams, set clear expectations and achieve results through effective communication and guidance.

You also bring:

• A completed university education;
• At least 5 years of (international) experience as Financial (Shared Service) Director;
• Proven experience in Change Management, Transformation Processes and driving improvement initiatives;
• In-depth knowledge of Management Accounting, Financial Accounting & Control, and experience in coordinating Financial Audits;
• Ability to develop and mentor teams, promote a positive work environment and encourage professional growth;
• Working from home is possible, but this role also requires your presence at our offices in Zwolle and Goes;
• Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
