For our client, a rapidly growing Swiss group of companies in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an agile and convincing personality as Head of Shared Service Center Payroll (m/f/d) on an exclusive assignment, immediately or by appointment. Your mission to work in this newly created, important function You work closely with the Head of Finance and are responsible for setting up the new Shared Service Center Payroll of the group of companies in the Zug region. With your team of over 20 employees, you lead the competence center for all salary and personnel administration services for the group’s approximately 3,000 employees.
- Responsible for the development, operational and cultural design of the new Shared Service Center Payroll.
- Working closely with your team, you will ensure that the operational processes of the service center run smoothly and are continually improved and optimized.
- You place particular emphasis on analyzing and improving administrative personnel and salary processes in order to make them more flexible and efficient.
- Close, comprehensive collaboration with other areas of the group (HR, business, finance) is a high priority for you in order to continuously increase service levels and customer satisfaction.

- You already have several years of experience in a comparable management position in the areas of payroll, salary or HR administration.
- In order to optimally master this challenge from a professional perspective, you have relevant further training, such as university/university of applied sciences with a focus on HR management, HR specialist, CAS in the HR area, social insurance specialist or similar.
- Very good communication skills with a high degree of assertiveness in exchanges with various stakeholders in stylish German (C1) and French (C1).
- Independent and precise way of working.
- Good user knowledge of Excel, knowledge of SwissSalary is an advantage.
