• Technical and disciplinary management of the Financial Shared Service Center as well as further expansion of the team to manage the growth of the IONOS Group.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Shared Service Center with a focus on the accounts receivable team.
• Responsible for the currently outsourced A/P, procurement and payroll processes.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial and legal requirements related to the shared service processes.
• Development of a roadmap for the integration of foreign subsidiaries or newly acquired companies into the financial processes.
• Stakeholder management: initiating, shaping and participating in the dialogue with key stakeholders, overseeing the decentralised stakeholder dialogues and identifying new requirements.
• Reporting to the IONOS Head of Finance.

• Proven track record of leading finance teams, especially in a shared service center environment.
• Relevant experience in the preparation of annual financial statements (e.g. individual financial statements).
• Preferably know-how in the preparation of financial statements according to IFRS/Local GAAP and tax topics.
• Experience with transformation programs and migration setups.
