The role will be leading a team both on shore and off shore, and have a focus on team development & management, process improvement & drive cost efficiencies. If you have experience working for a large scale listed organisation overseeing a shared services division comprising of transactional accounting, we’d love to hear from you.

• Lead, mentor, develop transactional accounting services – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
• Manage offshore vendor partners, and lead large offshore division.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across all divisions of the business
• Demonstrate leadership support for all departmental initiatives and organisational development activities, modelling expected behaviors to managers and staff to create a desired workplace culture
• Have a strategic approach to lowering business cost through shared services
• Lead high performing teams through coaching and mentoring, to build and grow operational capability

• Previous experience as a Shared Services Leader within a business of similar scale and volume.
• Ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally & externally.
• High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers.
• Natural born leader, excellent communicator and proven process & change improvement and transformation.
