Our client is looking for an accomplished Head of Shared Services to lead the support functions including Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and Administration. This role will ensure these services operate seamlessly to support their manufacturing operations and strategic goals.

Job Type: Part-time

  • Leadership: Oversee the Shared Services team, providing direction and strategic guidance. Lead, motivate, and manage the shared services team to deliver high-quality support services.
  • Efficiency Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery. Lead the integration of the shared service functions. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of shared services.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency across support functions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Manage cost control and optimization efforts to achieve financial targets.
  • HR Leadership: Oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll, and employee engagement. Foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • IT Oversight: Ensure robust and secure IT infrastructure and support. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Procurement: Streamline procurement processes including supplier selection, contract negotiation while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and achieve cost savings through strategic sourcing.
  • Administration: Ensure effective administrative support and facilities management. Oversee administrative functions such as facility management, office services, and corporate travel.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Shared Services or similar roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational understanding.
  • Saudi national with strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and business practices.
