• Leadership of a global outsourced Shared Service Centre (SSC) in China, India, Brazil, and Hungary, working closely with Finance and Procurement leaders
• Responsible for managing the S2P, O2C, and R2R processes, including monthly reporting to the leadership team
• Key contact for Finance Managers and Commercial and Operations leaders to ensure effective management of transactions and related matters
• Support in IT landscape analysis and harmonization, as well as process optimization, including business user training and communication
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures and effective policies, particularly for monthly and quarterly close processes and procurement operations
• Responsible for influencing and implementing standardized procurement and finance processes to reduce financial risk, lower costs, and enable continuous improvement
• Contribute to the definition, analysis, and optimization of standardized procurement and financial processes across business functions

• Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
• Several years’ experience in managing a global (outsourced) Shared Services Center
• Profound knowledge of business processes within finance and procurement (e.g. R2R, P2P and O2C)
• Proven Change management skills
• Adaptability
• Positive, inspiring character
• Advanced Excel, experience of ERP/Procurement systems SAP, SRM, Ariba desirable
• Strong decision maker
• Previous system implementation experience
