Leadership and Management
- Oversee the operations of the Shared Services organization.
- Lead and mentor team leader of 4 teams with 30+ employees
- Drive organizational changes and process standardization efforts.
- Promote a Shared Services culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Dedication to meet expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Operations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations.
- Implement and maintain robust (financial) controls.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
- University degree in finance or business administration
- Profound experience in operational business with a minimum of 10 years in finance or accounting
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a Shared Services or similar environment.
- Strong expertise in the development and implementation of a Shared Services Strategy.
- Experience in leading projects and steering processes in an agile and dynamic surrounding.
- Strong experience in dealing with a global matrix organization.
- Profound experience in leading teamleads.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, driving a performance culture with clear KPIs
- Senior communication and strong interpersonal skills to interface with key business stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and planning & operational hands-on mentality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
