In this responsible management position in the area of ​​mechatronic product development/R&D at TGW Logistics, you will be responsible for a team of around 20 employees.

• Management and further development of the Shared Services Center department in the R&D area (Test Engineering, SW Tool Development, IoT Development, Acoustic/Safety & Regulatory and Agile Coaching)
• Direct management of the Test & Validation Engineering department and establishment of a team management
• Optimization and standardization of processes & services, ensuring high service quality and assuming project management tasks
• Leading and motivating the multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts and engineers
• Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders, department management and product management
• Representation of the department in the management circle and participation in the design of the entire product development

• Completed higher technical education in the field of engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, software development or similar.
• 5-10 years of technical professional experience, e.g. in project management or development, as well as relevant, solid leadership experience of larger teams
• Very good knowledge of mechatronic product development processes as well as technical understanding of related disciplines
