The SSC is to provide a range of support services to multiple country offices of DAWN, including but not limited to customer service, finance, HR, procurement, and IT, amongst others. The goal of the DAWN SSC is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and standardize processes across the DAWN group of companies.
We are now looking to invite a driven professional to join us as the Head of DAWN SSC.
This is a newly-created position and you will be expected to take on a trailblazer role.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the SSC aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
- Ensure seamless operation of shared services functions, monitoring KPIs for service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team within the SSC.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to align shared services with business needs.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in a Shared Services Center.
- Strong understanding of Finance, HR, and IT shared services functions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization and automation.
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
