  • Managing Shared Services Center – Record to report, Customer Invoicing, Cash application, Vendor Invoice Processing, Payment processing, General Ledger, Vendor Maintenance ,Governance and compliance
  • Work closely with SOX compliance auditor – draft and establish policies to close identified control gap, ensure SSC team is performing the control as required
  • SSC – Review processes, plan and execute the strategy that delivers high quality services to all the stakeholders. Regular evaluation of SSC operations/processes together with country finance to ensure continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • SSC- establish Service Level agreement (SLA)- Lead the development of strong stakeholder relationship between SSC and commercial functions- on going training / communication / education to all the stakeholders
  • Design, review and monitor the monthly work plans on each team member’s accountability, KPI / Business Metrics
  • Manage and coordinate various integration initiatives for new acquisition – eg. Sendtech, IPMY, PG India, etc.
  • Involve in any ad-hoc projects that required SSC input and help to move projects along faster
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Must possess a Professional Accounting qualification eg. ICAEW, ACCA, CPA
  • Solid accounting knowledge, with a strong knowledge of international accounting and auditing standards, such as US GAAP & IFRS
  • At least 12 years of relevant work experience
  • Good understanding of industry and processes
  • Prior experience in SSC
  • Good interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills
  • Able to build rapport and work with multinational stakeholders
  • Strong commercial and process acumen
