CAPERA Bielefeld Personalberatung is looking for a medium-sized group of companies with more than 1200 employees worldwide in more than 20 companies, including manufacturing locations and sales offices. The group of companies is pursuing the goal of internationalization and sustainable expansion and has begun to establish shared services with an international orientation. You will have the opportunity to take on this exciting challenge in HR from the company’s location in Bielefeld.

• You have managerial responsibility for an HR organization with 18 employees at two locations in Germany, 2 direct reports, you report to the Executive Board.

• You derive the HR strategy from the corporate strategy and promote its sustainable further development. You will develop concepts and measures on your own initiative, implement them and measure their success.

• You will develop efficient shared HR services for personnel management, personnel development, employer branding and the acquisition of international talent and make them available at all Group locations.

• You promote cultural education and the exchange between all employees at all locations of the group of companies to develop the employer brand.

• You are responsible for designing the employer brand, emphasizing the advantages of international structures and positioning the brand nationally and internationally.

• In M&A projects, you handle all HR-related topics independently.

• You are the first contact for the German group works council and maintain a cooperative relationship.

• You promote and develop digitalization in the HR area.

• You are familiar with modern human resources management, ideally organized as shared services.

• You have several years of professional and management experience in general responsibility in manufacturing companies (B2B) with international customers and locations.

• You have experience in dealing with employee representatives, ideally at company and group level, as well as in-depth knowledge of labor and collective bargaining regulations.

• You communicate openly and clearly at national and international levels; Intercultural experiences are an advantage.

• You are characterized by your willingness to create, your ability to work in a team and your ability to implement things.

• You have very good written and spoken German and English language skills.

• You are willing to travel nationally and internationally.
