ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Poland is looking for a Director of Shared services, reporting directly to the CFO of EE Commercial, who will support us in building our Shared Services Centre to be based in Leszno.  In the role of a Head of SSC you will be responsible for managing the Finance and Payroll Shared service center supporting all Polish legal entities within ASSA ABLOY Poland Group consisting of 4 companies (1 lock producer and 3 door and gates producers) located in various regions across Poland.

What would you do as our Head of SSC?

In this newly created job opportunity of a Shared Services Director, your role is to oversee and manage the shared service center within our organization in region – Poland. Shared services refer to the consolidation of support functions and processes from Accounting, Tax and Payroll area. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and provide better service to internal customers.

You would be responsible for:

• Strategic Planning;

• Team Management of professionals responsible for delivering shared services Finance and Payroll

• Service Delivery

• Process Optimization

• Stakeholder Management

• Performance Measurement

• Change Management

• Compliance and Risk Management

• Internal and external Audit Coordination

Overall, as the Head of Shared Services, your role is critical in driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction through the efficient delivery of shared services across the organization.

We are looking for someone who:

·  has University degree in Financial Management,

·  has previous experience ideally with setting up a shared services centre from scratch,

·  has extensive experience in a senior finance role and statutory finance management in manufacturing companies;

·  is an excellent communicator with great presentation skills, with strong  knowledge of  Power Point, MS Excel and other MS Office tools

·  is fluent in Polish and has excellent command of English
