• Develop and lead the long-term vision for Finance Shared Service Centre services, which includes analyzing SSC cost structure, service consistency, and process optimization aimed to provide excellent Finance services.
• Manage the compliance to all regulatory and legal requirements such as company law, financial and tax regulations and policies to maintain the companys reputation as a good corporate citizen and safeguard the companys interests.
• Lead in the management and development of talent in Finance Shared Services that will have a distinctive mindset, behavior and culture to achieve high work performance and contribute to organizational excellence.
• Lead, manage and develop a high performing team to support internal customers and service delivery quality.
• Manages autonomously the complete service delivery for accounting including its main processes (Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets) across Business Units as well as across legal entities within a defined region in line with companys strategy and business requirements
• Proactively work with other Finance functions to convert strategy, policy, tools and processes into service operations and support the implementation of Finance solutions reflecting the clients specific needs and aligning to the Finance operating model.
• Develop, implement and review Finance Shared Services processes to monitor and reduce error rate; maximize the automation to increase operational efficiency. Leverage on feedback and data driven insights, partner with COEs to continuously improve processes to ensure seamless Finance services can be provided.
• Lead the development of staff to enhance internalization of the right leadership and staff capabilities and in achieving high performance delivery.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant Professional Qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MIA / ICAEW).
• 10 years in accounting / finance with leadership experience
• Work experience equivalent is acceptable
• Relevant working experience and experience in Shared Services would be an added advantage.
• Able to work effectively as a member in multi-functional teams
• Proficiency in English with good communication and writing skills.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, standards, financial statements and reports.
