We are looking for an experienced Head of Global Shared Services (GSS) to drive and steer the build and development of our internal Global Shared Services globally in our company. You will be the one to devise the company’s Service and Shared Services Strategy and ensure that all systems, processes necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place.

• Set objectives and strategies for the department
• Set standards and build our GSS for Finance and HR.
• Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
• Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
• Plan the implementation of new systems and processes to provide guidance and support to staff within the organization
• Direct and organize the departments and attached organization to support the companies global growth and sustainability
• Analyze the costs, value and risks of to advise management and suggest actions

• Proven experience as Head of GSS or similar managerial role
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A strong strategic and business mindset
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
