As Head of Shared Service Center (SSC) within HANZA SSC AB in Årjäng, you will be responsible for leading and distributing the work within the company as well as creating a team feeling and working with the group according to the group’s values. HANZA is a group company that is listed on the stock exchange with its HQ located in Kista, but has its entire financial function located in Årjäng. In other words, you now have the chance to be responsible for accounting at a listed company in Värmland! The company’s main task is to be responsible for the Swedish companies’ accounting and payroll administration, but the role also means that you will have some tasks at group level. We are on a growth journey and are today in 7 different countries, which means that your everyday life will be bordered by a mix of the national and global. - Prepare annual reports and income declarations for the Swedish subsidiaries and handle accounting and administration of the parent company.
- Participate in the consolidated accounts and in the work with the group’s Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Follow up and ensure that any changes in the K3 regulations are introduced in the companies.
- Introduce and manage a new cashpool solution.
- Participate in the group’s internal control work.
- Academic degree as an economist or equivalent.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience of accounting in K3 companies.
- Good habit of working in and learning different digital systems.

- Experience of leadership at a strategic level.
- Experience with consolidated accounting, preferably with experience from an accounting firm.
- Experience of international operations.
