An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Strategic Procurement to lead and manage the Procurement Service in NHS Grampian.
This role involves providing overall leadership of a professional procurement team who develop and implement NHS Grampian’s procurement strategies in collaboration and partnership with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring that such procurement arrangements make a significant contribution to NHS Grampians wider strategic objectives. As the most senior procurement advisor in NHS Grampian, you will also provide overall strategic leadership and direction in respect to Procurement activities undertaken across the Health Board, ensuring that all procurement activities are compliant with public procurement regulations and policy requirements as well as leading on organisational and staff development, planning, shared service resourcing and the execution of NHS Grampian’s strategic procurement development plan.
