  • Responsibility for the conception and implementation of method and leadership training in coordination with the contracting HR departments of the TUI companies based on defined quality and process standards as well as the further development of the service portfolio for content creation for e-learning or on-demand learning offers.
  • Ensuring efficient and customer-centered service delivery for the offering of content-supported training offers and further education initiatives by the companies or platforms as well as for the mediation and organization of internal and external developments.
  • Ensuring a continuous exchange of information, coordination and collaboration with those responsible for development in the Central Region as well as in the TUI Group for the purpose of optimal coordination of further development needs. Close coordination with clients and interfaces as well as support of strategic goals by aligning the induction, training and further education content.
  • Planning and implementation of leadership and team training in a national and international context.
  • Identification of efficiency drivers and scaling options. Develop, maintain and continuously optimize processes as part of end-to-end process responsibility and along the design principles of HR shared services. Driving forward the harmonization and standardization of all processes and working methods in the area of ​​responsibility.
  • Advice on and management of HR projects in the overall context of HR shared services as well as in the context of learning & development. Active advice on national and international initiatives and projects.
  • Ensuring the implementation of service level agreements. Control and further development of the area of ​​responsibility based on performance indicators.
  • Managing employees, taking employee satisfaction and health into account, as well as conducting development and feedback discussions.
  • Completed business studies or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of ​​training/coaching as well as in the area of ​​method and leadership training
  • Leadership and/or project management experience
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Fluent English and fluent German skills
  • Good rhetorical skills and a confident representative demeanor
  • Empathy and assertiveness as well as teaching skills
