Department: Finance and Accounts

• Extensive knowledge of all technologies used for the purpose of automation like RPA etc.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP (HANA) to lead the projects for simplification and automation.
• End-to-end closure of any new initiatives including finalization of techniques, discussion, and selection of vendors/implementation partners.
• Timely delivery of projects in collaboration with process owners and IT verticals.
• Identification of gaps in existing processes, initiating and drive closure of related projects through automation in SSC verticals.
• Team handling skills.
• Good stakeholder management.
• Commitment to ethical behavior to adhere to all company policies and current laws.
• “Can do” attitude with good analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience working in Indian Captive Shared services or Matured Captive SSC.
• Lead transformation stream. Experience with Six Sigma – Green Belt or Black belt is an added advantage.

DESIRED

• Chartered Accountant or CA Inter
• 12-15 Years of Experience, specifically in SSC environment and SAP technologies.
