JSW GBS Limited is the captive shared services unit of JSW Group. All transactional activities pertaining to finance & Accounts like P2P, O2C, RTR, Fixed Assets, Trade Finance, Taxation & Commercial are being managed by GBS Office in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

We are looking out for CAs who are into Treasury and Trade Finance role.

• Cash management: Managing vendor payments
  • Domestic suppliers
  • Foreign Suppliers
  • Shipping Agencies
  • Service Vendors both Domestic as well foreign
  • Advances both Domestic as well foreign
  • Statutory payments – such as PF, TDS , GST
  • Payment to Government authorities such as Railways
  • Retention payment
• Trade finance: Handling trade finance activities such as opening letters of credit for imports, Buyers / Suppliers Credit
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. Monitor documentation process for compliance with agreed policies
• Financial reporting: Providing financial reports to senior management
• Banking relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Monitoring: Monitoring of Vendor advances / bank reconciliation process & open items
• Co-ordination: Co-ordination with Plant & Corporate stakeholders ensuring timely closure of open bank entries / old vendor advances
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, and make recommendation to improve the efficiency and service levels of the team
• Automation: Identify areas of automation/ digitization and implement to bring in efficiencies
• People Management: Lead diverse teams of Payments, Reconciliation and Trade Finance
