Internal Job Title: Manager, People Services

The HR Automation and Service Delivery Manager is responsible for driving the automation of HR processes and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services. This role involves leading the design and implementation of automation solutions, overseeing service delivery metrics, and managing HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to enhance HR service efficiency.

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations, enhance efficiency, and proactively mitigate risks through preventive measures and compliance initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing manual processes, and improving the overall employee experience.
• Mentor and develop HR Shared Services staff, fostering career growth and skill enhancement opportunities.
• Develop, monitor, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent operational excellence and continuous service improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR shared services with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and present findings, with a natural interest in problem-solving and process optimization.
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities, with a proven ability to handle complex issues independently.
• Proficient in project management with effective communication skills, capable of driving change and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team to achieve high performance.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and ideally with Python, and other process automation technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management skills.
