You will join a close-knit HR team, consisting of the departments Recruitment, L&O, Support and Business Partners. You are in the latter!
- You are the point of contact and sparring partner for directors, management and executives in your area of focus.
- You analyze various HR issues to arrive at innovative solutions.
- You are proactive, always looking for concrete growth and thus make a concrete contribution to the company’s results.
- You initiate change programs and guide complex processes within the organization.
- You identify areas for improvement with regard to the enthusiasm of our colleagues.
- You evaluate projects and closely monitor long-term consequences.
We are looking for someone who is confident, has experience as an HR Business Partner within organisations with an operational character and has a constructive, assertive attitude. You are not a wait-and-see type, but take initiative and know how to form an area of focus through good stakeholder management. In addition:
- Do you have a strong personality and can you act as a driving force?
- Are you independent and able to ask critical questions?
- Do you like to get your hands dirty and do you tackle matters adequately?
- Last but not least, you have a healthy dose of humor. In addition to working hard, we also make time for drinks and outings and we like to celebrate successes with a bite and a drink!
