Your future tasksIn this newly emerging position in our company-wide HR team, you will be responsible for the strategic development of all HR services towards sustainability, efficiency and digitalization in more than 30 countries.

• In collaboration with local HR teams and our Shared Service Center, you will optimize, standardize and manage the delivery of all HR services from recruiting and HR administration to learning and development
• In doing so, you will further develop HR processes using existing IT systems and tools and new technologies, data & analytics and external service providers, with the aim of improving the employee experience and business support
• You are responsible for all HR-related IT systems in cooperation with IT as well as human capital reporting and analytics
• You work closely with the Chief People Officer and regional HR leaders
• You support the integration of joint ventures and acquisitions
• You build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the company

This position is as of now and indefinite in Full time to occupy. Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable degree
• You have more than ten years of international professional experience in the field of HR services (recruiting, HR administration, learning & development), change management, HR M&A and shared service center, ideally at a professional services company
• You are analytically strong and know how to quickly get an overview of complex issues
• You have extensive experience with HR systems, ideally SAP ERP, Payroll, Learning & Development, Recruiting
• You have very good communication skills and assertiveness to interact with regional HR leaders and top management
• Very good German and English skills and ideally another European language such as French round off your profile
