Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and automation in HR processes? Join the Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Human Resources Continuous Improvement Process Lead. In this role, you’ll focus on optimizing GBS process areas, with an emphasis on HR processes and digital solutions. Based in Grand Rapids, MI, you’ll report to the Continuous Improvement and Technology Director whilst enjoying a hybrid way of working.
- Lead Ideation Sessions – Own and lead sessions to expand organizational solutions from an automation perspective, including actioning ideas and realizing value.
- Develop Governance Practices – Execute governance and best practices for Kellanova Work Systems, including desktop procedures, process maps, and value realization activities.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Govern continuous improvement processes within the workstream and engage operational teams in best practices.
- Deliver Value Realization – Provide monthly value realization/efficiencies to cumulate into productivity for GBS.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders – Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions that meet the needs of GBS.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Solid understanding of HR processes and experience in managing multiple projects and tracking projects success
- The ability to identify and prioritize opportunities and challenges and propose and implement effective solutions, whilst demonstrating effective use of Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Excellent communication skills to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels
