Randstad is recruiting for a Data Management & People Analytics Lead in our Global Capability Centre (GCC) who will be responsible for maintaining and developing the HR data and reporting requirements for the Randstad global HR teams.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing the core HR data systems and reporting requirements and constantly review ways to improve and enhance them to provide meaningful insights. The Data Management & People Analytics team are data led and commercial business partners, with a strong desire to become more data led through having reliable and consistent data insights.
developing systems capabilities
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective employee data management.
- Be accountable for the overall performance and maintenance of people data in GCC and supporting Regional Service Centers to deliver HR services globally.
- Lead, engage, and develop the HR data and reporting team. Engage with HR data and analytics stakeholders across Randstad.
- Ensure the systems are optimised, supporting the people analytics teams and other relevant stakeholders
- Fully support any projects where this is a link to the HR data
- Support with the implementation of upgrades and additional modules
- HR systems include the use of the HRIS, an engagement platform and an HR analytics platform. Responsibilities will include supporting the assessment of the effectiveness of each platform, identifying ways to improve the quality of the data stored, and how to ensure end users are maximising the benefit of having access to the systems.

- Working with the people analytics team to understand and prioritise the additional key reporting requirements required and the strategic HR insights needed in order to support the HR strategy with a view to developing a new suite of reporting
- Ensuring that all routine reporting and HR data transfer activity is accurate, efficient and secure
- Actively proposing future data related developments that will add value and insight and driving agreed proposals to conclusion
- Ensuring the HR team have access to accurate and predictive data to drive decision making
- Managing employee data transfer requirements with suppliers
- Developing excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders internally and externally as required
- Development and coaching of the HR data and reporting team

- Provide meaningful insights to the HR team and wider business to create a culture of data curiosity
- Provide regular training and development to the relevant stakeholders on how to get the best insights from the systems
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to understand where HR data and insights can support better business performance
- Directly managing a growing team, whilst working closely in a matrix environment with the wider people analytics and HR teams

- Create and maintain visibility and interrogation of the core KPI’s across the HR function
- Continuously review the quality of data and insights to further improve the quality and depth of analysis
- Create and develop meaningful ways to track and trend key data and performance indicators
- Assess and develop the capability to capture and merge multiple data sources together to produce meaningful insights
- Data quality: Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data used for analysis.
- Analytical insights: Providing actionable insights to HR and business leaders based on the analysis of HR data.
- Data visualization: Developing and presenting visualizations of HR data that are easy to understand and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Data governance: Establishing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures to ensure the appropriate use, storage, and sharing of HR data.
- 15 years+ of relevant job experience
- Experience of working with confidential and complex information
- Experience in using MI tools and visualisation of data
- Previous use of HR analytics tools and providing people insights would be beneficial
- Previous experience of working in an HR team is essential
