- Responsible for the daily work of HRSSC, including but not limited to salary and social security benefit accounting and payment, labor and personnel relations processing, system and process preparation revision and publicity, training planning and implementation, etc.;
- Responsible for project-related work: listing specifications, Declaration of persons with disabilities, declaration of professional titles, etc.;
- Responsible for review and promotion work: performance review, OKR review, work node tracking and implementation;
- Do a good job in data support, data analysis and information circulation between departments and cross-departments;
- Reasonably use the Beisen system to promote the company’s human resources information construction and optimization work;
- Responsible for docking with the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau;
- Responsible for providing human resources services (entry/transfer/transfer/leave) to the company and employees. File management, attendance management, organizational management, etc.
- Bachelor degree or above; 5 years or more of human resources work experience, team management experience is preferred;
- In-depth understanding of the business, and a horizontal understanding of the work content of COE and BP;
- Experience in related industries and large companies Priority will be given to those with experience in the Human Resources Shared Service Center;
- Experience in operating and using the Beisen system will be preferred;
- Familiar with HR-related policies, systems and procedures, familiar with labor laws and regulations, and with practical experience in employee relations;
- Rigorous and meticulous in doing things, Have strong pressure resistance, sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit.
