Logicall (formerly Janssen Distribution Services) started 143 years ago as a family business. Based on efficiency, smart methods, software and strategic acquisitions, the company has grown into a reliable partner in the field of logistics solutions. Based on, among other things, a Buy and Build strategy, a one-stop-shop service has been created, which has ensured that the organization now consists of several branches in different countries.
We are looking for an HR Director with a proven track record, who will focus on further mapping and implementing an overarching HR strategy for these branches. Being able to connect the needs of different stakeholders (C-level and middle management – up to the shop floor) is the starting point here. Pragmatism and creating trust within all layers of the organization are leading. With the aim of; synergy within the various locations, in order to realize the growth ambitions (geographically and in volumes). Seeing and seizing opportunities, from a self-starting role, in which we communicate with the CEO, CTO and CFO and the HR team. As HR Director you report directly to the CEO.
Important parts of this include;
- Implementing policies on shared services for the entire organization.
- Harmonize HR policy.
- Software purchasing.
- Establishing clear lines of communication within the organization.
- Digitizing processes for the group.
- Etc.
The HR Director has a crucial role to create synergy and centralize HR based on the needs of various stakeholders, based on innovation and a link with data and business.
What are we looking for:
- HR Director with a proven track record, strong in the balance between the hard and soft side of HR.
- Good with dates and figures.
- Experience in international organizations, understanding of international context and cultures.
- Change management, been in contact with mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations.
- Stakeholder management, from C-level and private equity to the shop floor.
- Monitor of projects, driven project leader.
- Structuring processes and systems.
- Roll-out of policy in areas such as L&D, C&B, employee satisfaction and recruitment.
- Hands-on/pragmatic, able to see and seize opportunities.
- Combination between innovative orientation and can-do mentality.
- Being able to deal with different leadership styles.
- Strong in the field of purchasing at employment agencies for 200/300 temporary workers.
- Harmonizing employment conditions.
