• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Education : MBA – HR / MSW
• Experience : 15 + years of HR experience
• Experience: total work: 10 years (Required)
