Work related to digital project implementation/management

• Responsible for the annual planning of the group’s human resources digitalization and related project implementation
• Responsible for the collection and transformation of daily user needs, forming a high-level blueprint, and follow-up implementation
• Responsible for the group’s various human resources digitalization Product promotion to subsidiaries
• Responsible for management related work such as demand management, system writing, internal digital team communication

Human data management related work

• Responsible for improving human resources management data capabilities, including but not limited to data quality improvement, data asset management (Such as system data dictionary, indicator list, etc.)
• Produce/online various types of human data analysis reports, activate precipitated data assets, and mine data value

Digital improvement of human resources sharing

• Organize and introduce new technologies through processes Continuously improve the efficiency of the human shared service center through other means
• Assist subsidiaries in human sharing promotion

• Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, management, economic analysis or computer related majors;
• 5-10 years of human resources or Experience in human informatization work, experience in human data analysis, product implementation in the HR field, and familiarity with SAP product operations are preferred;
• Have good data processing capabilities and be proficient in excel skills;
• Have good communication and coordination skills and service awareness, Proactive and able to work under pressure. Strong, strong sense of work responsibility.
