• Head of EMEA HR Shared Services Center
• Responsibility of 30 FTEs and a multi-member management team
• You ensure performance-oriented and efficient quality in all HR services
• Development and implementation of HR service delivery strategies and measures that support the global HR strategy
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies, processes and regulations in the EMEA region
• Management and analysis of KPIs and preparation of recommendations for action for managers and stakeholders
• Stakeholder management and close cooperation with all relevant business partners
• Continuous process improvement and promoting employee engagement to optimize HR Ops round off your area of ​​responsibility

• Completed economics degree or comparable qualification
• Profound professional and management experience in the HR SSC environment
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing international teams
• Solid understanding of HR processes and systems
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Fluent German and English
