A unique opportunity to join our Goodyear Team at an exciting time of consolidating HR processes and building an HR Operations team!
The purpose of this role is to support the Head of HR Services & Operations with the day to day operational performance of the HR SSC, and partner with the business to ensure the HR Shared Service function provides world class service. An important part of the role will be working across different functions within one team, identifying continuous process improvement & alignment opportunities and ways to enhance the customer experience.
The leader will manage a team of HR SSC Associates to deliver an exceptional, high-quality service to employees and managers; adhering to SLAs and complying with statutory requirements. This will also include mentoring and supporting the ongoing development of this population and future next generation talent (graduate / apprentice).
The leader will work closely together with HR BPs to make sure all administrative document templates (i.e. Work Contracts or Addenda) / HRSC processes remain up to date in line with Labor Law / GY Policy updates
- Min 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with generalist experience, and 2 years in leading others in preferably a pan-European, matrix organization (HR Shared Services / GBS Team)
- Fluent English and very good French
