This position is fully accountable for management of HR Operations in the assigned geography (Italy, Spain, Turkey, Portugal, France, Greece, Croatia, Israel) as well as for directly managing Front Office team in Italy.
Operational Management
- Lead and manage HR Front Office operations in the assigned countries.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance targets.
- Drive system stabilization, process optimization, and compliance.
- Monitor and maintain quality and customer satisfaction standard Control mechanisms, data protection, and compliance tasks.
People Management
- Lead and develop HR Front Office teams.
- Ensure teams are adequately staffed and skilled.
- Encourage team development and address retention risks.
Continuous Improvement
- Standardize processes within HR Operations and across functions.
- Innovate and implement industry best practices.
- Analyze and address operational performance issues.
- Implement Lean approaches for efficiency.
Collaboration
- Foster collaboration between HR Operations, HR, and Business units.
- Build the company’s brand recognition and represent HR Operations in both internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and HRBPs.
- Be an active and collaborative member of the HR Operation core team
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of HR or Shared Services Operations experience.
- Leadership experience managing teams of 10-20 employees.
- Client-focused and service-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Italian skills are a strong plus.
- Collaborative and results oriented.
