  • Ensuring prompt and accurate HR Services delivery in respective teams according to the defined Service Level Agreements and signed-off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), agreed KPIs and quality targets.
  • Delivering HR transformation Program on agreed timeline together with global project team and nominated team members.
  • Setting targets and manage performance for direct reports (2-3 Team Leaders).
  • Providing support and guidance on diverse HR Operations queries.
  • Continuously focus on process standardization, improvement and quality.
  • Supporting or leading various projects as assigned by a direct manager.
  • Solid (8+ years) experience in people management, including managing complex processes and teams (15-20+ people), preferably within international environment in HR Management (Shared Services Operations will be an advantage).
  • Advanced in written and spoken English & German language (C1).
  • Experience in Workday and ticketing tool eg Service Now.
  • High degree of initiative-taking behavior and result orientation.
  • Excel in positive energy, optimism and enthusiasm.
  • Clear drive for results and demonstration of a real ‘can do’ mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience in collaborating with Worker’s Council will be an advantage.
