Our client, a highly respected biotechnology company, is seeking a Director of HR Operations to join their HR leadership team.
In this role, you will oversee the implementation and administration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures within an HR shared service center model, supporting approximately 2,000 employees across North America. Your primary focus will be on establishing and optimizing a high-performing HR Shared Services team to ensure efficient support and an exceptional employee experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the centralized HRIS team to design, develop, and implement HR systems and modules, representing regional HR needs. As the regional HR system administrator, you will manage relationships with regional vendors and develop training and documentation for system use and maintenance. This position leads a team of eight.
