Join us as the HR Operations Head for the dynamic EAME region, where you’ll spearhead the delivery of top-tier HR services while driving innovative processes and solutions.

To ensure exceptional HR administration, time & attendance, and payroll services, all while championing streamlined processes and data accuracy. With your service-oriented mindset, you’ll lead and develop a talented HR Operations team, implementing strategies within established budgets and standards.

You’ll be the go-to person for employees’ HR-related inquiries, leading the charge in digitalizing and simplifying our HR operational processes. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll define scalable practices that enhance both manager and employee experiences.

Managing various relationships across the region, including with HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits Specialists, and external consultants, you’ll ensure global consistency while staying compliant with local employment laws.

As the ideal candidate, you’ll bring a wealth of experience to the table, with significant and successful years in HR Shared Services and/or Payroll, including several years in leadership roles. Your knack for project management and transformational change will be crucial, as you drive continuous improvements and operational excellence. You master English and have ideally additional languages such as French, German or Spanish. You’ll be able to travel 20-25%.
