HR Operations and Onbaording are part of HR Services, we manage the administration and processing of a variety of HR and pay related requests from our clients and partners. Our teams are performance driven and although the environment can seem demanding at times especially when there is a fast approaching deadline, we all work together to support each other to get the job done. The work we do is varied and ranges from a simple one click response for a P45 request to a more complex request for an employee transfer.

The role of our Senior Operational Manager is key to successful service delivery. This is a strategic and operational role responsibe for ensuring our teams are enabled to achieve service delivery targets.

• Experience of successfully leading a team in a complex, fast paced, high volume, customer focused service organisation
• Demonstrable experience of leading and managing a performance driven team to achieve individual and service delivery SLAs and other delivery targets
• The ability to analyse, interpret and present data and MI
  • To be a proactive problem solving and solutions focused professional with the ability to identify barriers and potential risks and develop and implement effective solutions to achieve service delivery
  • Focus and drive to achieve success with the ability to confidently lead and motivate others
