In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR Department while also serving as a strategic partner to the organization’s leadership team. In order for you to be a successful candidate, you will need to possess a strong background in HR Operations management, coupled with a proactive and strategic approach to HR business partnering.

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS administration.
  • Effectively manage existing/propose new HR policies and procedures which are consistent with the objectives of the organization.
  • Streamline HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the development of operational frameworks based on these strategic plans and execute on these in collaboration with HR-SEA.
  • Provide professionally-sound solutions to problems which are sensitive to the organization’s needs in each country, while keeping in mind the company values, culture and any relevant employment law
  • Take ownership and drive Group HR initiatives such as Global Performance Management (GPM), Professional. Development Day (PDD) etc to ensure it is effectively understood and properly executed
  • Be the HR professional contact point for all people management issues
  • Technical Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology (or a related/equivalent field)
  • At least 8-10 years direct experience focused on HR generalist duties or Business Partner role in a multinational company
  • Working knowledge of Employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
  • Able to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization in the resolution of HR issues
  • Well-developed computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and control own workload
  • Is able to independently analyze and resolve issues
  • Demonstrates a service attitude and customer orientation
  • Is able to communicate and collaborate in international and cross-functional teams * Passionate about HR and drives for pragmatic solutions
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills
  • Has good English language skills (written and spoken)
