Korn Ferry has partnered with one of our clients (FMCG industry) on a search for a highly motivated and experienced HR Project Manager to join their team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This will be a 4-month contract.

• Take control and be hands-on in running this project.
• Create and revise HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support company’s culture and objectives.
• Develop HR knowledge articles regarding new policies and best practices.
• Proactive on raising concerns or awareness of potential risk involved and manage them with relevant stakeholders (if applicable).
• Manage key stakeholders (senior and junior) involved.
• Build a strong collaborative relationship with HRBP.

• 7+ years of experience as a HR Project Manager or similar role.
• Expertise in project management and HR functions/best practices, especially in the area of developing/creating HR policies.
• Excellent HR risk (internal and external) management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working and collaborating within a regional/global setting is ideal.
• Background in the fast-moving consumer goods industry would be beneficial.
• Ability to be proactive and hands-on.
