The HRSC Director will work under direction from the Director to ensure HR service delivery is consistently high-quality. The HRSC Director assists the Continuous Improvement team in developing individual team members and ensures the team engages in continuous learning and process improvement.
- You will oversee and direct operations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer service representatives and supervisors
- You will ensure call volumes are managed, and transactions are completed, timely and accurately
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and capabilities and identify training needs; develop staff in technical and soft skills
- Review and analyze tier metrics on an ongoing basis to help continuously improve service center operations
- You will oversee and manage vendor activity in support of the work needing to be accomplished
- Provide advice and counsel
- Bachelors Degree, required.
- 7+ years of experience in relevant work experience, required.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in HR service center, preferred.
