  • Lead a team of people leaders to manage a workforce delivering HR Operations services from Manila hub
  • Partner with country HR leaders, SMEs, and COE Leaders to maximize the service delivery capability
  • Partner / Lead global projects & initiatives
  • Maintain customer relationship, improve services offered through strong engagement with customers
  • Improve productivity, ability to improve operations and streamline processes
  • Drive team’s performance and build new capabilities through automation, digital transformation etc.
  • Perform duties of site leader for Manila hub and engage with global HRS leadership to drive talent engagement, career, and succession planning for the talent pool in Manila
  • Act as the single point of contact for country HR and center-of-excellence leaders to collaborate to make HR easy for Fujitsu employees
  • Organize site level engagement events, inspire employees to perform and build a resilient workforce in the hub
  • Be the voice of the employees to channel discussions and influence key leaders to support talent initiatives at the hub
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 10 years of experience in leading HR Operations in a global shared service environment
  • Expects a high level of functional competence and business acumen in terms of understanding shared service operations within HR function
  • Must be an experienced people leader, or manager of managers’ leading mid-sized to large teams operating globally handling a diverse portfolio of HR services
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs proactively, operating with an agile mindset
  • Must be a good problem solver who is able to collaborate with different levels of the organization and diverse regions where HRS hubs and leaders are located
  • Proficient in operating in a highly matrixed organization, effortlessly manage organizational navigation
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters
  • Strong project management skills, must have experience leading / driving difficult, high stakes projects
  • Ability to effortlessly manage multiple conflicting priorities, resilient with an attitude to make the best of every given situation
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to drive change, experience influencing senior business and functional leaders
  • Effective communication and ability to communicate complex matters in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be of legal working age
