The HR Shared Services Head will be responsible for managing the whole service delivery operations for the North America region. You will oversee the entire employee service center from budgeting, change management, while maintaining adherence to the global employee services platform and improving the process delivery for its stakeholders.

• Manage the employee services community within both the service center and onshore countries.
• Oversee the connections between delivery teams and internal clients.
• Manage the reporting of service-center performance and conduct reviews with the functional leadership team and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the worldwide service management objectives by incorporating global scale through streamlined and standardized processes and technologies.
• Supervise the yearly budget for the employee service center.
• Manage change requests at the local level and adhere to the global governance framework for employee services.
• Supervise suppliers in providing services for the processes.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing service quality on an ongoing basis.

• At least 7 years of hands-on HR Leadership Experience in a shared services environment
• Experience in contact centers, employee services, hire-to-retire, and service delivery
• Must have experience in supporting North/Latin America regions
• Must have a hands-on experience in using Workday
• Requires practical experience in Project Management, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, and can work in an agile environment
• Strong experience in Metrics Interpretation
• Must have notable achievements in showcasing operational excellence and process improvements
• Amenable to working on a Nightshift schedule
