- 12 to 15 years work experience in HR Shared Services model handling Hire to Retire operations (Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding, Total Rewards, Off-Boarding)

- Minimum 5 years of Supervisory or Lead experienc
- Managed large Teams

- Experience working in a matrix environment

- In depth knowledge of HR Operations functions – Hire to Retire process
- Demonstrated consultative, interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives

- Detail oriented and self-motivated professional
- Strong customer service skills
- Effectively engage key stakeholders
- Higher level of MS Office Suite proficiency
