- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources with 5+ in HR Shared Service Center management, with specialization in setting up a HR Shared Service Center preferred;
- Strong HR professional knowledge, familiar with APAC and Europe HR related policies, systems and processes, and familiar with the application of labor laws and regulations are preferred;
- Good people management skills. Experienced in managing a large team providing HR share services, in a high-growth environment is preferred.
- Leadership and influencing abilities – strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, and project management skills to stakeholder and other advisors.
- Good at process optimization and digitalization.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to cross-cultural and cross-border communication.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a huge plus

- Establish and operate a Regional HR Shared Service Center (SSC) to support Tencent’s global business development, and provide all HR Lifecycle operations service in 20+ countries in APAC, Europe and MEA region, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfer, employee inquiry, and benefit operation, global mobility etc.
- Establish regional operation strategy aligned with global SSC strategy, build-up and coach team members to cultivate professional, efficient, and service-oriented SSC teams to ensure the overall team’s execution and professionalism
- Centralize core HR business process into SSC, and establish unified service standards and operation specifications to achieve high quality service, efficiency, and outstanding experience for employees.
- Monitor the efficiency of the process, optimize and adjust regularly, supervise HR operation compliance and legality in accordance with labor laws and industry supervision mechanisms to avoid labor employment risks;
- Oversee the daily service delivery quality and efficiency of HRSSC team, ensuring timely and accurate service work, and continuously improving service levels and employee satisfactions.
- Participate in global HR digitalization project promotion, system construction and iteration to continuously improve the service level quality and efficiency of SSC services
