Be responsible for the overall planning of the system construction and daily operations of the human resources shared service center to ensure the improvement of the company’s human resources service quality and efficiency.
- Responsible for formulating, improving and implementing policies and implementation methods related to basic human resources services to ensure the healthy and orderly operation of the enterprise’s labor relations environment;
- Responsible for integrating SSC’s core business processes, establishing a unified human resources service process SOP, building and optimizing the knowledge base, and regularly performing process supervision to ensure the normal operation of the system;
- Responsible for the planning and operation management of human resources management information system;
- Responsible for human resources data analysis and providing data support to business and HR partners;
- Lead the team to ensure that human resources services (entry/transfer/transfer/leave), file management, attendance management, organizational management, etc. are provided to employees, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of service work, and to continuously improve service levels;
- Manage HR-related service providers, improve and standardize the docking process, and establish a supervision and feedback process mechanism.
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 15 years of work experience
- At least 8 years of SSC-related experience in large enterprises
- More than 5 years of team management experience
- Familiar with the entire process of human resource management, and have relevant work experience in setting up, operating and promoting the implementation of shared service centers
- Have strong organizational management ability, ability to solve complex problems, ability to withstand pressure, and excellent communication and expression skills
- Experience in setting up human resource information systems.
