Our client is a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics solutions. They are looking for an HR Shared Services Manager for Benelux and Germany to strengthen the team and lead the transition to a shared service desk. About the position As an HR Shared Services Manager you will lead Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR administration and systems. This position reports to the HR director for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
- Leading a team of 5 direct and 4 indirect reports.
- Setting up HR Shared Service model for Benelux and Germany.
- Coordinating projects for integration and implementation of systems and processes.
- Professionalize HR processes and ensure uniformity.
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Developing HR policy for Germany and Belgium.
- Experience in HR Shared Services and leadership capabilities.
- Broad knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in an international matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR systems such as Workday and ADP.
