We are seeking HR Shared Services Managers for Colleague Support and Data Management for our newly setup Service Delivery Organisation (SDO) in Malaysia.

• Team Management
  • Lead, coach and guide team members.
  • Monitor and manage HR cases : Ensure cases are assigned and processed within SLA and in compliance, intervene where necessary.
  • Case management : Ensure accuracy, review / approve cases or tasks assigned.
• Subject Matter Expert
• Provide guidance to team members and act as a point of escalation within the team for complex and critical processing or where particular judgment needs to be applied to achieve solution.
• Operational Excellence
• Review service quality and performance, analyse and identify improvement plan or continuous improvement.
• HR Transformation / Project
• Participate in HR projects as part of the HR transformation programme, plus ad-hoc in relation to business requirements.

• 8+ years experience in HR Shared Services organization.
• 4+ years managerial experience.
• Able to share knowledge with others in a coaching style that drives performance.
• Able to work towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands.
• Responds positively to change and remains focused on aspects that can be influenced.
• Proactive approach, seeking to go the extra mile for the customer within the service model.
