- Responsible for the daily management of HR SSC, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of service work, and continuously improving service levels; including but not limited to employee recruitment, calculation and distribution of salary and social security benefits, personnel files and contract management, personnel information services, and employee complaints Handle suggestions, implement training, etc.;
- Do a good job in data analysis and processing of COE and HRBP decision support, and promote the establishment of a shared human resources center;
- Promote the company’s human resources informatization construction, be responsible for the overall planning and design of the HRSSC system, and formulate human resources informatization solutions, such as HR systems;
- Assist in building a human resources platform to meet customer needs and pay attention to user feedback, and achieve SSC platform support through continuous optimization of system processes;
- Responsible for the research, collection and update of local social security and other government-related policies;
- Bachelor degree or above; 5 years or more of human resources work experience;
- Have an in-depth understanding of your own business, as well as a horizontal understanding of the work content of COE and BP. Applicants with experience in human resources shared service centers of large companies in related industries will be given priority;
- Be familiar with human resources related policies, systems and procedures, and be familiar with the application of labor laws and regulations in the enterprise, and have rich practical experience in employee relations;
- Work rigorously and meticulously, with strong ability to withstand pressure, sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit;
- Excellent overall personal qualities, strong professionalism and achievement motivation, excellent expression and communication skills, good self-motivation, passion, integrity, affinity, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
