1. Establish an operating mechanism for the human resources shared service center, including overall operational planning, integrated business processes and demand resolution mechanisms, measure service effectiveness, and ensure the normal operation of the process;
2. Manage HR-related outsourcing service providers, improve and standardize the docking process, and establish a supervision and feedback process mechanism;
3. Responsible for improving policies and implementation methods related to real-time basic human resources services;
4. Design an employee experience framework and create a dynamic and diverse work environment to attract and retain talents by improving the human resources shared service center;
5. Responsible for building and optimizing the employee relationship system, establishing and improving the labor risk control system;
6. Continuously improve various rules and regulations related to labor and employment, sort out and optimize relevant processes and tools, and promote implementation;
7. Establish and maintain a rapid response and timely handling mechanism for employee conflict management, improve the employee complaint process and handling mechanism, legal dispute process and handling mechanism, control conflicts within a reasonable range, and actively guide the healthy development of employee relations;
8. Regularly review case handling, and provide supervisors and business department HR with preventive measures that can be implemented through data analysis; provide necessary management reflections through the handling of employee relations cases to empower the organization;
9. Organize labor and employment knowledge training for HR and business department managers to enhance compliance awareness and reduce potential labor and employment risks;
10. Participate in various projects of the human resources department and formulate project plans, communication and implementation plans for the projects;
11. Complete tasks assigned by leaders.
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of work experience, including more than 5 years of SSC-related experience in large enterprises, and more than 3 years of team management experience;
2. Be familiar with the entire process of human resources management and have relevant work experience in building, operating and promoting the implementation of a shared service center;
3. Have strong organizational management skills, ability to solve complex problems, ability to withstand pressure, and excellent communication and expression skills.
