This role is part of a HR Shared Services team within a well-known enterprise of approximately 3,000 employees. You’ll be joining a recognized brand with a high-performing HR team and leadership.

  • Oversee and enhance existing HR systems to ensure efficient delivery of HR services aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Research and implement new software solutions to drive improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the analysis, design, and deployment of innovative HR systems and IT solutions.
  • Provide management reports and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and quality within HR systems for better organizational insight and decision-making.
  • Manage key HR initiatives, including the annual salary review and performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation while upholding our commitment to safeguarding and reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of HR Systems, practices, methodologies, and administrative processes.
  • Expertise in HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and other relevant software implementation, upgrading, and holistic HR experience from within a people & culture team.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a larger HR team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in team management, or leadership, in similar settings.
  • Experience in large corporate environments (blue- or white-collar).
