HR Partnering:

  • Collaborate with leadership and COEs to look into full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR strategies, Employee Performance Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management.
  • Support and drive tactical and strategic HR initiatives to meet business needs, improve staff recruitment, retention and development.
  • Provide advisory support to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

HR Shared Services:

  • Required to take on assigned projects to provide guidance to the HR Shared Services Team to deliver proactive and business focused HR services within the Organization to meet stipulated timeline.
  • Drive and streamline HR processes for maximum efficiency and proactive support.
  • Embrace innovation and change, to identify opportunities to automate and enhance work processes.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 7 years of relevant HR business partnering and HR shared services experience.
  • Attention to details, self-driven, resilient, good communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services change management, demonstrate initiative, independence, influencing skills and flexibility to improve processes.
  • Willing to work in the West.
