HR Partnering:
- Collaborate with leadership and COEs to look into full spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR strategies, Employee Performance Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management.
- Support and drive tactical and strategic HR initiatives to meet business needs, improve staff recruitment, retention and development.
- Provide advisory support to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
HR Shared Services:
- Required to take on assigned projects to provide guidance to the HR Shared Services Team to deliver proactive and business focused HR services within the Organization to meet stipulated timeline.
- Drive and streamline HR processes for maximum efficiency and proactive support.
- Embrace innovation and change, to identify opportunities to automate and enhance work processes.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 7 years of relevant HR business partnering and HR shared services experience.
- Attention to details, self-driven, resilient, good communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in HR Shared Services change management, demonstrate initiative, independence, influencing skills and flexibility to improve processes.
- Willing to work in the West.
