We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Leader to join our team as a strategic partner to the Managing Director who will drive the people agenda for Camfil in Sweden. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with the overall business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational success. Business partner attitude and an ability to advise on operational and strategic HR topics are essential for this role as we expect this position holder to work closely with the Managing Director and be a member of the management team.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives
- Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, including change management, leadership development and succession planning in response to business needs
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead, guide and develop a team of HR professionals and specialists
- Oversee the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent. Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction
- Provide guidance, support and coaching to Managers and Employees to enhance performance and productivity
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide insights to the Managing Director and the Management Team for informed decision making
- Enable the establishment and maintenance of a collaborative culture within Camfil Svenska AB and a work environment that optimizes employee well-being, professional development and workplace health and safety.
- Actively promote Equality and Diversity in all relevant aspects of people management.
- Lead the HR Shared Services team for other Swedish Camfil entities and ensure all administrative HR activities are streamlined and efficient.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the HR function in a manufacturing company, preferably in medium/small companies with an international business. 7-10 years of overall HR Generalist experience. People management experience leading a team of HR professionals would be preferred.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on attitude
- Solid knowledge of Swedish labor laws, regulations and HR practices as well as working with trade unions
- Experience in establishing HR as a business partner
- A team player and trustful person with a track record of forming sound relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Digital and analytical mindset
- Fluent Swedish. English at B2 level as minimum.
